DEATH NOTICES AND ARTICLES IN THE DEMOCRATIC SENTINEL, DAILY SENTINEL, AND DAILY MAIL

FROM 1892 TO 1909

Introduction

This database contains 12,014 entries from three Bloomsburg newspapers:   Democratic Sentinel, Daily Sentinel, and the Daily Mail.   The entries begin on February 1, 1892 , and end on January 30, 1909 .   It can be searched in any of the eight categories listed below.   In addition to the death notices, there are 9,753 entries in the “Notes” category on a variety of subjects such as accidents, criminal activities, illnesses, locations of interments, family re­unions, and veterans.
